DOD Web Portal

The Detection On Demand web portal contains everything you need to manage your API subscription, monitor file submissions, view reports, and integrate with third party service.

How to access

To access the web portal, you must first sign up for a subscription to DOD in the AWS Marketplace. You will receive an email with your login details shortly after. The URL for the DoD portal is https://dod-portal.marketplace.apps.fireeye.com.

API Key Management

API key management occurs in the Settings tab of the DOD Portal, under Key Management. To generate a new API key, perform the following steps:

Navigate to Settings.

Next, select the Key Management menu and click on the Create Authorization Key button to generate a new API key.

You can copy the API key at any time and start using it in API requests and integrations.

API Key Health

You can monitor the utilization and quota limits of an API key by clicking on the health button next to the API key.

Alerts

The Alerts tab displays all of the malicious files that have been submitted to your DOD subscription. It allows for filtering, searching, and exploring malicious files in detail. This table also allows you to download various artificats collected from the submission, like screenshots of the detonation, detailed HTML and PDF reports, and more.

Submissions

The Submissions tab allows you to manually submit files to DOD for detonation. The results will appear in the table below, where you can explore further.

Integrations

The Integrations tab allows subscribers to configure DOD for use in a variety of 3rd party tools, like Slack, Box, and SharePoint. Each integration provides installation instructions and a management interface.
